1. Definitions

• "Property" / "We" / "Us": Dao Reuang, operated at 64 Sukhumvit Road, Ban Chang, Rayong 21130, Thailand.
• "Guest" / "You": Any individual making a reservation or staying at the property.
• "Stay": The period of time for which a room or suite is reserved and occupied.
• "Services": Accommodation, shuttle transfer, meals and associated amenities provided by Dao Reuang.
• "Reservation": A confirmed booking for a specific room type, date and duration.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By making a reservation — whether by telephone, email or website contact form — you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your country of residence. Reservations made on behalf of another person are subject to these terms, and the person making the reservation is responsible for ensuring the guest is aware of and accepts them.

3. Services Provided

Dao Reuang offers the following accommodation options near U-Tapao International Airport:

• Daytime Rest Room — a single room for up to 6 hours, with shower, refreshments and Wi-Fi.
• Overnight Stay with Airport Shuttle — a double room for one night, including complimentary shuttle, breakfast and blackout curtains.
• Long Layover Suite — a spacious suite for up to 24 hours, including meals per guest, flexible check-in and check-out, luggage storage and car transfer.

Room availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to offer an alternative room of equivalent or higher standard if the reserved room type becomes unavailable due to circumstances outside our control.

4. Reservations and Confirmation

A reservation is confirmed when we send you a written confirmation by email or text message. We require the following information to process a booking: full name, email address, phone number, number of guests, room type requested, and inbound and outbound flight details. Providing inaccurate flight information may affect shuttle timing and meal provision; we are not liable for delays caused by inaccurate details supplied at the time of booking.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to:

• Behave respectfully toward staff and other guests at all times
• Not smoke inside any room or enclosed area of the property
• Not bring in outside food or alcohol without prior agreement
• Report any damage to room facilities before departing
• Vacate the room promptly at the end of the reserved period
• Provide valid identification at check-in (passport or national ID) in line with Thai Hotel Act requirements

Dao Reuang reserves the right to ask a guest to leave the property without refund if behaviour is disruptive, dangerous or harmful to staff or other guests.

6. Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿). Current rates are:

• Daytime Rest Room: ฿4,300
• Overnight Stay with Airport Shuttle: ฿9,100
• Long Layover Suite: ฿17,200

Payment is accepted in cash (Thai Baht) or by major credit and debit card at the property. Payment is due at check-in unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices may be adjusted without prior notice; the rate confirmed at time of reservation will be honoured.

7. Cancellation and Modification

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the reserved check-in time will incur no charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reserved check-in time, or no-shows, may be charged a fee of up to 50% of the total stay cost.

Modifications to the reserved duration or room type are subject to availability and must be agreed with the front desk at least 6 hours before check-in. We will do our best to accommodate changes.

8. Shuttle Transfer Terms

The complimentary shuttle operates between Dao Reuang and U-Tapao International Airport on a schedule matched to each guest's flight details. Shuttle service is included with the Overnight Stay and Long Layover Suite; it is available on request for Daytime Rest Room guests. We monitor flight status and will adjust the departure time if your flight is delayed, but we are not liable for missed connections caused by airline delays, changes or cancellations beyond our control.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Dao Reuang website — including text, photography and design — is the property of Dao Reuang or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any content on this site without prior written permission.

10. Disclaimers

Dao Reuang provides accommodation services in good faith. We do not warrant that services will be entirely error-free or that the property will be free from all disruption. We are not responsible for the cancellation or delay of flights, changes in airport operations, lost or stolen items left in common areas, or events outside our reasonable control (including severe weather, power outages or civil disturbances).

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Dao Reuang's liability to any guest is limited to the total amount paid for the stay in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss arising from your stay, including loss of connecting flights, missed business appointments, or personal injury not caused by our negligence.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Dao Reuang harmless from any claim or liability arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions, your conduct during your stay, or any damage you cause to the property, its equipment or other guests.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate a reservation by giving written notice. If we terminate a reservation due to circumstances outside our control and are unable to provide an alternative, we will offer a full refund of any amount paid. If a guest terminates after check-in for personal reasons, no refund will be due for the unused portion of the stay.

14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising under these terms shall first be referred to informal negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to the competent courts of Rayong Province, Thailand.

Guests who are residents of countries with consumer protection laws providing additional rights may retain those rights notwithstanding these terms.

15. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Dao Reuang regarding your stay.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in future.
• Assignment: You may not assign your reservation or any rights under these terms to another party without our written consent.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For existing reservations already confirmed, the terms in force at the time of confirmation will apply.
